What happens when I get there?
You purchase tickets at the ticket booth (Online ticket purchases have a separate line at the ticket booth) then you enter the greenhouse to start The Experience.
What age is your attraction appropriate for?
Our recommendations are for children over 8 years old, but we leave that decision up to the parents.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Our attraction goes rain or shine, however, if the weather is too bad, everything will be operating except the hayride and admission will be ½ price. No other discounts will apply on these nights (food shelf discount still applies). We will make this decision by 4 p.m. that day.
Is it really scary?
Yes, it is very scary!
Do the haunters touch you?
No, but incidental contact can happen.
What time does it start?
At sunset, which is approximately 7 p.m.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we a fully wheelchair accessible. Contact us ahead of time or at the time of your arrival for assistance.
How many people fit on a hayride?
30-35 on a wagon
How long does it take?
Please allow a minimum of 1 ½ hours to Experience everything.
Do you use strobe lights?
Yes, we use professional lighting throughout the Experience including strobe lights.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we have ‘Cheap Thrill’ nights on October 19th & 20th for $15 per person. Food Shelf donations apply, but no coupons!
What form of payment do you take?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and cash.
How do I become part of the Haunt Team?
We start accepting applications in July every season for October employment. We look for outgoing people that love the Halloween season and can commit to most nights in October. Contact us via email or stop in the Garden Center to fill out an application.
